1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Radaar AI ("Radaar", "we", "our", or "us"), an audience and market intelligence platform. By creating an account or using Radaar, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Who Can Use Radaar
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) and legally able to enter a binding contract. If you use Radaar on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. What Radaar Does
Radaar is an intelligence and analysis tool. Users submit public content URLs from platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, Reddit, and public websites or articles. Radaar analyzes available public signals, summarizes audience comments, identifies pain points, questions, trends, competitor angles, content gaps, and generates insights using AI providers.
Radaar is not a source of guaranteed truth. It is a decision-support tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with YouTube, TikTok, Meta, X, Reddit, or any other social platform unless explicitly stated.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. User-Submitted Links and Content
You are responsible for the URLs, prompts, files, and other inputs you submit. You confirm you have the right to submit them and that they do not violate any law, third-party right, or platform policy. You grant Radaar a limited license to process your inputs solely to operate the service and deliver the requested analysis.
6. Public Data and Third-Party Platform Data
Radaar processes only publicly available information returned by providers or scrapers — titles, descriptions, public comments, thumbnails, metadata, and engagement signals when available. Results depend on what third-party platforms expose at the time of the request. We do not access private accounts, private messages, or non-public data.
7. AI-Generated Insights Disclaimer
Insights produced by Radaar are generated with the help of AI models (such as Gemini, Grok, OpenAI, and others). AI outputs can be incomplete, outdated, biased, or factually wrong. Treat insights as suggestions, not as verified facts. Always verify before acting on them.
8. No Guarantee of Accuracy
We do not guarantee that any analysis, metric, summary, recommendation, or insight is accurate, complete, or current. We do not guarantee exact views, likes, comments, or engagement numbers unless directly returned by a verified provider.
9. No Fake or Fabricated Data Policy
Radaar will not knowingly fabricate videos, comments, metrics, or engagement data. When data is unavailable, quota-limited, private, deleted, restricted, or blocked by the source platform, Radaar shows a clear error or empty state instead of inventing content. Empty results are a legitimate outcome, not a defect.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Radaar lawfully and respectfully. Use the service to research public content, understand audiences, plan marketing, and create better content.
11. Prohibited Use
You must not use Radaar to:
- Harass, stalk, dox, intimidate, or surveil any individual.
- Access, infer, or attempt to access private accounts or private data.
- Promote hate, violence, discrimination, sexual exploitation of minors, or illegal acts.
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute Radaar's outputs as your own product.
- Bypass rate limits, security measures, or abuse third-party platforms.
- Run political manipulation, disinformation, or coordinated inauthentic campaigns.
12. Platform Compliance
You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platform whose content you submit (YouTube, TikTok, Meta, X, Reddit, etc.). Radaar provides tooling; it does not grant rights over third-party content.
13. API Keys and Third-Party Integrations
If you provide your own API keys, cookies, or integration tokens, you authorize Radaar to use them solely to execute the requested operation. We store such credentials securely and do not use them for any other purpose.
14. Payments, Credits, Subscriptions, and Billing
Paid plans may be billed monthly, annually, or as one-time credit purchases. Plans may include usage limits, credits, quotas, or fair-use restrictions. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
15. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Consumed credits, generated reports, and AI calls are generally non-refundable.
16. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges or already-consumed usage.
17. Intellectual Property
Radaar, its software, branding, and original content remain our property. You retain ownership of inputs you submit. AI-generated outputs are provided to you for your own use; you are responsible for confirming they do not infringe any third party's rights before publishing or repurposing them.
18. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you act on Radaar's insights. Radaar is a research tool; business, editorial, financial, and legal decisions remain yours.
19. Service Availability
Radaar is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.
20. Rate Limits, Quotas, and Provider Failures
Results may be incomplete because of platform rate limits, API quotas, deleted content, privacy restrictions, anti-bot protections, provider downtime, or quota exhaustion. Radaar may cache results to improve speed and reduce AI and provider costs.
21. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms, abuse of the service, fraud, or risk to other users. You may stop using Radaar at any time by closing your account.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radaar and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
