1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains what information Radaar AI ("Radaar", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to be clear, minimal, and transparent about data.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what is needed to operate the service:
- Account information — name, email, password hash, profile preferences.
- User-submitted URLs and inputs — links, prompts, topics, and search queries you provide.
- Uploaded files if file uploads are supported by a feature you use.
- Public content and comments analyzed — titles, descriptions, public comments, public engagement metrics returned by third-party platforms.
- AI-generated outputs — summaries, insights, and reports produced for you.
- Usage data and diagnostics — feature usage, errors, performance logs.
- Cookies and analytics — see our Cookie Policy.
- API keys and integrations — encrypted credentials you provide to enable an integration.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
- Generate the analyses and insights you request.
- Authenticate users and prevent abuse.
- Communicate updates, security alerts, and account notices.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. How AI Providers Process Data
To generate insights, Radaar may send your inputs and public content snippets to third-party AI providers such as Google Gemini, xAI Grok, OpenAI, and others. These providers process the data on our behalf to produce the requested output. We choose providers that offer reasonable data protection and do not require training on customer data by default.
5. How Third-Party Providers Are Used
Radaar relies on third parties for hosting, authentication, payments, search, scraping, analytics, AI generation, and storage. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function.
6. Public Content We Analyze
Radaar may process public URLs, public posts, public comments, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, metadata, and public engagement signals when available. We do not intentionally collect private messages, private account data, passwords, or non-public personal data.
Please do not submit sensitive personal data (government IDs, health records, financial account numbers, etc.) through Radaar.
7. API Keys and Credentials
If you provide a cookie, API key, token, or integration credential, it is stored encrypted and used only to perform the requested integration. You can remove it at any time from your account.
8. Data Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. Analyses and generated reports are retained so you can revisit them. You may request deletion at any time. Some aggregated, anonymized logs may be kept longer for security and reliability.
9. Caching
Radaar may cache analysis results, raw provider responses, diagnostics, and logs to improve reliability and reduce AI and provider costs. Cached data is keyed by content and not used to profile you.
10. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encrypted transport (HTTPS), encrypted storage for sensitive fields, row-level security on user data, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to security@raadar.sbs.
12. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own (including the United States and the European Union) where our providers operate. We rely on standard contractual protections where applicable.
13. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Delete your account and associated data.
- Export your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise these rights, contact privacy@raadar.sbs.
14. Children's Privacy
Radaar is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Updates to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the service or by email.
