1. General Refund Rule
Radaar AI delivers a digital intelligence service that consumes real-time AI and third-party provider resources. Because most costs are incurred the moment an analysis runs, refunds are limited. We aim to be fair when something goes wrong.
2. Digital Service Nature
When you purchase a subscription or credits, you are buying access to a digital, on-demand service. By starting your plan you confirm you understand the service is delivered immediately and consumes paid resources on each use.
3. Credits and Consumed Usage
Used credits, generated reports, completed AI calls, scraped jobs, and consumed provider requests are generally non-refundable. Unused credits purchased but never consumed may be considered for refund within 7 days of purchase.
4. Failed Payments
If a payment fails after charging your card (a known processor edge case), contact us with the transaction ID and we will refund the failed charge after verification.
5. Duplicate Payments
Accidental duplicate charges will be refunded after verification with our payment processor.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel any subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges or already-consumed usage within the current billing period.
7. Provider Outages
If a sustained technical issue or third-party provider outage prevents you from using paid features, we may offer a refund, credit extension, or account credit at our discretion.
8. How to Request a Refund
Send your request to billing@raadar.sbs within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email, transaction ID or invoice number, and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
